Goal: INFORCOMPETE aims to create, develop and improve a set of tools and information tools to support the increase of skills, business capacity and competitiveness of metallurgical and electromechanical companies at national and international level.
INFORCOMPETE, on the one hand, reinforces and gives continuity to some of the actions developed in previous projects, which have proved to be fundamental in the process of informing / sensitizing the business community, and on the other, to promote new mechanisms and tools to support the companies, in an effective and efficient way, to rethink their strategy that, more than ever, passes through a presence and position in international markets.
ACTION PLAN
It is intended to promote a set of information, awareness and external representation actions that promote the competitiveness of companies and simultaneously promote the image of Portuguese brands and products abroad.
Besides the production of information media, information and awareness activities – Seminars / workshops, studies, information on sectors, products / services, SIMCA – Environmental Costs Monitoring System, which will allow the identification of all environmental costs and eco-efficiency measures applicable to the metallurgical and electromechanical sector and the construction of a computer platform to monitor and reduce the environmental costs of the sector.

Goal: The Project METAL EMPREENDE will privilege the implementation of stimulus and motivation actions for entrepreneurship, capture and development of entrepreneurial talents, to help entrepreneurs develop business plans and create successful businesses.
The strategic objectives for this project:
– The promotion of qualified and technological entrepreneurship, aligned with the real and specific needs of an established business fabric, potentially representing the customer base for new business / startups;
– Facilitate the creation of new startups / companies in line with the needs of the market in the metallurgical and electromechanical sector, allowing greater efficiency in the commercial approach and consequent acceleration in the growth of these new businesses.

Designation: INTERNATIONALIZE IN PORTUGUESE
Goal: This project has a strategic space – the economic world globalized – with a multisectoral scope, directed in particular to an economic universe of the CPLP and its regional integration spaces, as well as, simultaneously, to an area of global multi-sectoral economic organizations where synergies can be developed for a better intervention of companies through cooperative actions.
The strategic goal of this project is to boost and increase the Portuguese economic presence in the globalized market, creating more and better conditions for access to new markets, promoting national supply, internationalization of companies, boosting knowledge of industrial realities and entrepreneurs from CPLP countries, creating collaborative processes at the corporate and institutional levels, using information and communication technologies.
